V-I-C-T-O-R-Y that's the Christian battle cry!
Let's just say church camp was another amazing spiritual experience. I don't even know where to begin! Bro. Travis brought his A game again. He hit the youth up with some amazing lessons. Tuesday was my personal favorite. He talked about miracles and how we tend to ask, but don't really truly have the faith to move mountains. He asked anyone who was dealing with some burdens and needed deliverance to come to the altar and pray and believe that a miracle will happen. Let's just say I was moved. God moved in that camp like none other. To see youth living for the Lord and worshiping Him and leaning on Him through their trials is what makes my love for the youth even more so. Just our church alone had 6 salvations! WHOOP WHOOP! One was a young man that we all thought was saved and he did too. He realized he was too young to really understand. This young man has already shown a lot of growth in his ways in the past week! I love watching God work in the youth. I am so proud of all! It was a long drive, but so worth it. Randall and I get to take our two kids along and they fell in love with the youth all over again. Randy had his people, which he called, "MY Jodie" or "MY Rylie!" Ruthie had her little buddy this year, so she was off playing and learning the whole time. Church camp is such an experience. I hear of a lot of camps that have more games than worship. That's one thing that I can say about this camp, when we have service, THE LORD BRINGS THE SERVICE! It's such an awesome experience!
Is there anything more precious than teens gathered at the altar?
This is my sweet niece Yes, she is taller than me! ( I think I was going downhill though....) She is such a blessing in my life. All my nieces and nephews are. Haley has just been amazing to watch grow in the Lord. Randall and I have been amazed at seeing her faith and her growth. Let's just say I KNOW that I KNOW that she is a child of God!
And of course, my dear husband. I am so thankful for a man of God!

Church Camp 2011 + 24/52
This photo basically sums up our amazing experience at camp this year. Last year, I wasn't able to attend, being that I was in Honduras. But, my amazing husband took our two kiddos last year and was the male counselor. This year, I think we more than doubled our amount of campers! We took 31 people, 5 being adults. We were beyond blessed!
We arrived a bit late Monday morning, but it was still ok. Our kids were able to attend the first class. Ruthie and Randy went along with us. We knew it might get a bit stressful, but we would much rather allow them to experience camp too.
Bro. Travis Plumlee was our speaker. Talk about one AMAZING man of God. This man brings it. He knows his stuff and definately loves the Lord. I was blessed to hear him speak at our revival this year, so I was thrilled I was given the chance to hear him speak again. He preaches on all topics: marriage, courting, purity, depression, and raising kids to name a few. I read his book on raising kids- and it changed my parenting a lot.
We had one of our youth saved, and 3 rededicate their lives. While we were there, we had two brothers have a "Come to Jesus" meeting and they grew so much closer together and closer to God. I was beyond blessed to experience this.
It is so amazing to see God work in the lives of younger ones. These kids have to suffer through too much. Way too much. It breaks my heart to hear what some of them are going through, but we have to have the faith that God will deliver them. I know He will as long as they follow His path. I pray for each and every one of them.
Sunday morning worship- we had the youth bring camp back to the adults. They did just that. On the last song, the youth went down into the crowd, grabbed their hands and we all worships together. It was amazing. Lots of tears were shed. We also had one young man give his life to Jesus at the end of the service! AMAZING!

23/52- just my babies
My camera hasn't been picked up too much lately. I have been busy getting ready for this weekend + next week. This weekend we are headed to Silver Dollar City and then Monday-Friday, we are heading to church camp! I am so excited. Last year, I wasn't able to attend camp b/c I was in Honduras. Randall took both kids and went. Ruthie had so much fun. I have never seen her so excited about something. She won't quit talking about it. So, next week's P52 won't be posted on time. But, I am sure I will have a photo to post when I get back.
Here is this weeks: Lazy days of summer. Cuddled up on the couch watching some morning television.
